Customers will receive a full refund of purchase price less shipping & handling for any unopened Smile Sparks kit returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of returning the product and to receive their refund. Customer will be provided return information at this time and will receive their refund within 5 business days of product being received back to Smile Sparks.
- All orders are shipped within two business days (Monday-Friday). Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
- All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Orders are typically received within 3-5 days.
- Smile Sparks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- In the event a delay has occurred outside this policy (demand exceeded inventory) you will notified of anticipated delivery. At no time shall this exceed 30 days.
Smile Sparks now ship to Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. All orders are shipped within two business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are shipped USPS First Class, international orders typically take 7-10 days to receive.
